About this course
During this 28 Day program you will learn foundational skills to look within, truthfully question and receive your own inner knowing. Using guided contemplation, you will be equipped to build hope and, empowered to rise above stress and struggle so you can see through the fog and think clearly. During this series, you will build awareness, develop resilience and agility and, most importantly, apply your new skills as we go, straight into your life.

We are professional working mum's who have both experienced our own versions of struggle. We are both in and committed to our ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth.
Friend to friend, woman to woman, we've had many conversations about life, about our work, about our challenges and most passionately about what we have been put on this earth to do. It was these beautiful conversations that led us to realize we are both driven by the same life sustaining force; that is hope and so High Hope Thinking emerged.
